"Group of 9 friends from North Georgia. This is our 6th year coming to Venice. Plenty of pace. 2 full bathrooms is a must for us. Great ice machine. Decent hang out area out back. Great fish cleaning station. There isn’t a long dock sticking straight out like the pictures show but we had a 24ft on the front and 26 ft on the side with easy room for another 26ft on the side. Over all this is the best spot we have stayed at in the marina and will be back next year !!!"

"My family rented this house boat to fish for a week. House was new and updated and very clean. My 25ft boat over hung the dock about 5ft into the next door neighbors dock, but lucky they did not have a boat there. Could ask for anything better. Would definitely go again."
