"It's a very nice resort. We stayed in a cottage with water view. It was nice but not upgraded at all. Only major problem was we could hear our wall sharing neighbors. Every time they used their microwave we could hear it beep and the door open and close. We did enjoy our stay!"

"Location is close to what we wanted (botanical gardens and Boothbay Harbor shops). The plusses were free breakfast, nice trails connected to property, icecream across the street. The minuses were the pool/hot tub not open as expected,our room was not deep cleaned."

"The people at the desk were not very friendly or welcoming. It was advertised to have a free breakfast and there was none. Evidently they give vouchers for breakfast at a local restaurant but it was closed the day we were there. "

"I will never go back there. I have rented many times thru VRBO for longer vacations and never had a problem. I decided to go thru VRBO to rent a 2 night stay in Maine and paid top dollar. There was so many add on charges for a room at $149. dollars, that this budget motel ended up costing a little over $630. dollars for the 2 night stay."
