"This is our second time staying in a condo at the Royal Oaks complex. We love the location that allows you to walk into town, with all of its shops, restaurants, park, trails, etc. This condo was very well updated and clean. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. The kitchen was well outfitted, although we did not cook much. One of our favorite features (outside the location) is the back deck, where we sat at the end of the day to watch the sun set. It is a third-floor walkup, but...

"Two couple were in town for a football game and to enjoy the High Country. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the property. It was clean, comfortable, well stocked and perfectly shabby chic. In check in, be mindful that the area doesn’t have great wifi (outside) so good to screen shot the door code ahead of time. There was also some residual storm damage in the area (to be expected) mainly on roadways en route. Property itself had recovered nicely! We would choose to stay there again… "

"Amazing property for a fun family, friend trip. The location is perfect if you want to walk to the town of Blowing Rock to explore. The house has a great layout with lots of space! The bedrooms are great size with bathrooms to join. The outside area is nice for little kids since it is gated. Definitely want to rebook since the property manager was easy to communicate with and very friendly. "

"The location was perfect for our needs. Very close to Boone and APP State, and yet secluded and peaceful. The back deck was great for morning breakfast and evenings. I thoroughly enjoyed hearing the creek water running and watching the deer enjoy the apples from a tree on the property."
