"We booked the room with the expectation to find a 4 stars hotel, both families came with our kids and it was supposed to be our winter holiday, but unfortunately it become a nightmare. Rooms were dirty, walls were damaged, juicy or vomit on the floor, the sofa was badly stained and super dirty, toilet was licking and made a bad noise all night, sheets were dirty, no hair drier, no basic hygiene objects, with stinky hair and with a lot of small hauls, the shower didn' t work because the hot water...

"We chose this place because it was close to the Giez golf club. Reception is closed between 12-16:00 and after 19:00 which is not convenient. We stayed 1 night only on ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Place needs serious maintenance, no ventilation in bathroom and toilet, stuffy and there was mildewed smell. You have to make your own bedsheets. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. There was a heating dryer but worked only 2 minutes and stopped working. Fridge freezer door was missing and we bought...

"On top of the cleanliness and condition of our duplex room and amenities - those working in the hotel were super helpful, kind and always smiling.!!"

"Appartement and location were very good overall. It’s ski in ski on a popular run so that’s great. The checkout procedure really lets the whole experience down and hurried they ask you to remove all bed linen and towels and place them in bags outside of the door on top of cleaning the kitchen and removing rubbish. If the cleaners are changing bed linen they can already remove it. They want you out prior to 10am after all this is done. "

"The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. "

"Le studio pour 4 n'est pas pour 4, nous étions 2 et c'était le max. Nous nous attendions à un peu plus de commodité (un seul rouleau de papier hygiénique pour 7 jours, pas de sel et poivre, ...). L'emplacement est excellent, au cœur de Méribel et à quelques pas des pistes. Le personnel à l'accueil est très courtois et répondait à toutes nos questions. Les heures d'ouverture de l'accueil sont à considérer."

"Extremely nice staff, well positioned, although it's clear that it needed to open immediately although unfinished: Our terrace was a combination of rockwool isolation and water falling down, the garage is filled with rocks and construction dust, the immediate surrounding is filled with dangerous constructies debries like screws and razorsharp tile cuttings. Even next to the outside doors of the pool area. Prices should be lowered until construction is finished"

"The Callisto building was in an excellent position for ski out , close to children ski schools and restaurants . The accommodation itself was brilliant , sufficient space with 1 rooms having a double bed another rooms with a bunk bed and a sofa bed . The views of belle Plagne was amazing "

"No mention of the cleaning pack you are entitled to at check in - we had to ask (and only knew about it as we had stayed before). Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. Despite being told we could park anywhere in the covered parking we still had a note left on our car asking us to remove it - some better organisation would be good "

"Nous pensions avoir réservé dans un petit manoir avec piscine Nous nous sommes retrouvé au millieu d'une maison de retraite, alors nous étions bien dans la manoir du domaine, mais entouré de la partie maison de retraite Et la piscine ce trouve dans la maison de retraite, ce qui fait que si vous voulez allé vous baigner, c'est avec les résidents ou alors en passant devant eux qui sont tous en bas au réfectoire... Plutôt une mauvaise surprise Pour ce qui est du logement, très propre, grand."

"Apartment as described and was clean and comfortable. Well equipped with kitchen utensils and dishwasher. Pool area with sauna and steam was lovely. Ski in and ski out and easy walk to supermarket, bus stop and several restaurants. Overall woul recommend. "

"Where do I begin??? This is NOT a hotel. It should be rated as an upper-end HOSTEL. Pay for the Television power cord to use the TV??? Really??? The staff is very friendly and the town of Hauteluce is nice, though more than 10 minutes from Les Saisies. Cheap & tired beds, no oven, NO comfortable chairs, very poor internet and expensive. The covered parking is nice, but also costs. We did NOT pay hostel prices, but received hostel lodging. If you're looking for a Hotel, this is not for you."

"The size of the apartment and the fact that the bedroom had a double bed was very good. There were a few maintenance issues ie.loose bath tap and bath side."

"Being that my stay was in June, it was very difficult to find transport to and from without my own car. Limited front desk hours (ability to check in) also made this more difficult to coordinate. The beds/pillows were not comfortable, BUT, the space was excellent. I was there to hike and enjoy the scenery and I did. I'd recommend being there in July/August if you want more people and stores open, or as I was told, in winter, when there is a free shuttle going to other villages. Overall, I loved...

"Linen not included had to pay extra, had to leave a large deposit. Reception barely open, and contact number never answered or responded. Property not very clean on arrival, but for the price the property was pretty good. Pool opening times not convenient for use in conjunction with skiing!"
