"Le propriétaire avait suspendu la location de son appartement jusqu'au 31/12 mais Expedia à accepté la location. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui a essayé de nous trouver une solution 5 heures avant mon arrivée. Service Expedia complètement NUL ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de m'appeler pour me proposer un autre hébergement. Très déçu. "

"La situation de l'appartement est super, et l'espace en lui-même est bien. Ça pourrait être fantastique si c'était entretenu, mais tout ou presque est défaillant : matelas de lit éventré, lattes de sommier cassées, mauvaise isolation phonique (y compris des fenêtres donc on entend toute la rue), ampoules grillées, chaise cassée, gel douche à sec, grille de hotte de cuisine manquante... Nous n'avons pas pu faire fonctionner la télévision, avons envoyé un message au numéro de service 24/24....

Die Nähe der Straße ist für empfindliche Ohren ggf. problematisch (wir fanden es nicht allzu störend). Man ist sehr schnell im Dorf, in Namur oder in Dinant. Alles schöne Orte an der Maas. "

"I spent 2 weeks at the property, it was very clean, well equiped (especially for cooking) and had all the ammenities needed, all be it in a small space. The hosts were lovely and unobtrusive, yet available if anything was needed. The area is very suburban and quiet, yet an easy 25 minute walk to the centre of Waterloo for shops and restaurants. "Great location and wonderful apartment layout. It had a nice terrace with great view. Only reproach is the cleaning person really lets the apartment owner down. It was really dirty. From the toilet having stains, to the walls all having smudges of who-knows what. If a better cleaning crew were hired it would be perfect spot. "

"This is our second trip to Brussels, and will most likely not be the last, as our daughter, her husband, and my granddaughter live there, and our stay at "Glaciere 10" could not have been better. We found the place with no issues, and the remote check-in process got us in with minimal issues. We had to call the manager to locate the keys, but he answered quickly and got us in. Be mindful, you are in an old European city and the buildings are older, with many steps, so if you are not a climber,...

"We had a lovely time in this very large and comfortable home. The kitchen was huge and we enjoyed having some hime cooked meal. There is an intermarché very close which made it even easier. We loved the hot tub and beautiful view. Communication was easy as well. "

"Our stay at Pierre and Martine's farmhouse was wonderful! The view from the backyard out into the pasture's is breathtaking and the kindness shown to us and our family was delightful. "A very comfortable and spacious house with super outside facilities and a friendly and effecient host.We had good weather throughout our stay and we made extensive use of the pool and hot tub, which the children especially enjoyed. Joined by another family , we had a memorable bbq one evening for 20 guests and the Weber grill and kitchen facilities coped easily. In summary, all had a most enjoyable stay. "
