"Overall, I had a good stay at this hotel - it is comfortable and quiet. The only thing I didn't love is that they use disposable cups, mugs, plates and cutlery throughout the restaurant, which creates a lot of unnecessary waste. I would encourage the hotel to look into reducing its plastic waste by investing in non-disposable plates, glasses, cutlery. This will also result in an elevated guest experience."

"This was my second stay at this location. Most recently I stayed with my teenage son while attending a hockey camp for the Pontiacs from April 4-7. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was great every morning. We had packed food from home to save on $$ eating out while in Bonnyville, but discovered on Saturday mid day that our fridge was not working and all our food was spoiled and some ice cream we purchased had melted. As we passed by the front desk to go get lunch from a restaurant...

"My mom and my kids were in town for hockey. They were told the room we booked no longer existed since the renovation. But they were quick to come up with a solution of giving them another room and at no extra cost. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. It would have been nice of there was a pool... but there is a community pool close by so that was nice. "
