"The impression on the initial entry into the building is ok but each step further in the building got worse and worse. We were there to watch the Tour de France so the location was excellent for that, but everything else was AWFUL. No sheets available on the filthy beds, no bath towels just 2 disgusting kitchen towels that were stained so badly it was hard to tell if they had been cleaned. Keep looking elsewhere because this place is not good."

"We were overjoyed when we arrived to Annie’s place in Lourdes. It was spacious, central & tidy, and the bedroom was a comfortable oasis in the clouds. Annie was the most caring and accommodating host I have encountered. She made us feel right at home and even provided us with beautiful crepes and jam.
