"A day or two before arriving, you will receive a message from the hotel with a door entry and booking code. There is a machine in reception where you enter the booking code to receive your key. You then receive an email to say which room is yours. It's a great system. "We used this hotel to stay in Salou so that we could visit PortAventura World and it was only a half hour walk. Also it was close to the beachfront which was great! Breakfast was also a really nice continental with four bakery goods, cereal and tea, coffee and juice. The problem that we found was that the room was in complete darkness and it was always really hot (25-30°c). However there was a fan but it didn't do much. I'd call it a hostel rather than a hotel but it wasn't bad for what we paid...

"Beautiful facilities, clean and spacious but do not go here if you do NOT drive. I repeat. It’s far from everything. No buses go here or shuttles cabs are super expensive and even the bike ride out into town took us three hours and then we had to bike it back. We were so sore. Other than that, perfect. "

"Lovely place to stay and the staff were very friendly. Nice and quiet too and away from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Would stay here again. Just some small maintenance needed in the apartment as some tiles on the floor were loose but otherwise a great standard. "
