Very clean and I appreciated having one dedicated parking spot for a small car, a very private patio area with plenty of light, private laundry, and 2 beds in the 2nd room. Host was responsive to questions. It has been nicely remodeled and was not cluttered. It is surrounded by homes and next to an alleyway so you don’t have outdoor views but you can easily walk to the beach for beautiful views. They provided a nice beach bag with 4 towels and...

The little house had everything we needed to be comfortable and the neighborhood was as quiet and pleasant as we remembered it being. "Newly remodeled, everything was new and clean, kitchen could use a few more generally expected utensils. Washer/dryer unit in bathroom a bit noisy and could hear neighbors washer/dryer but generally quiet residence, plenty of windows to include in the bathroom. Firm mattress if you like that, good ceiling fans AC unit, nice side yard and grille (did not use). Street parking, quiet area for the most part, walking distance to Adams Ave."

"Everything about this stay was perfect. The location was perfect. They have bikes available in the garage so you don’t have to worry about renting any which was a huge plus since that was our form of transportation. The communication with the property owner was excellent.Highly recommend and would stay again!"
