"Property is very large and mostly private with only one close neighbour. Close proximity to boat launch and ability to tie up at the dock on the property. River connects directly to Lake Nippissing with a 30 minute boat ride. Everything we needed was at the property. General store is very bare bones so be sure to stop for groceries before arriving. Overall a great stay, will definitely return!"

"We had a lovely time at this cottage. It was clean, comfortable, large and well stocked. The water was nice for swimming, the kitchen was great, and the general space had lots of places for people to hang out and relax. It was lovely and quiet, and not too close to the neighbours. The host was extremely responsive to all our questions, and very pleasant to deal with. Overall, I highly recommend this cottage! "

"We stayed at Steve's place for 3 nights and we loved everything about it. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. They even got toys for our daughters. We had a great time! Will surely visit again. "

"This cottage was quite wonderful. Freshly renovated it has everything you could want with lots of space and great furnishings. The waterfront area was the perfect place to spend a sunny afternoon as the location is beautifully serene. The host was very friendly and supportive, quickly responding to the few questions that I had. I would happily stay here in the future."

"This cozy house is located in a quiet location across from the lake! The house has lots of space in the eat-in kitchen and has everything you need to enjoy your stay! The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are a good size. The house was very clean and the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We brought a young lady in a wheelchair (manual) so we had lots of questions and requirements to make her stay workable. We also appreciated the flexibility of the late check-out !
