The cottage itself is in a great rural location but nevertheless only 10 mins drive from a supermarket and Freshwater Bay if you need a takeaway or food. It's also just a quarter of a mile from a bus-stop to Newport in one direction and Yarmouth in the other (if you don't have a car) so therefore ideal...

"The property was clean and within distance of everything worth visiting (well it is the IOW so distance is no problem!)Dan the host was exceptional and made sure that everything was just so. It was a huge cottage for one person but that made it so much better, I could travel between rooms and felt that I had gone on a journey. Absolutely everything was there, even a tub of Meds for those small accidents. Faultless Dan and I thank you"

"Farmhouse cottage is connected to the main farmhouse via a normal wooden internal door which remained unlocked throughout our visit. Having never met the owners we found this uncomfortable. Every noise could be heard through this doorway. Be it clear conversations or relentless dog barking . There is a wood burner that is situated in the main living room.
