The staff was kind and very helpful for check in and early check out. Walls are thin---any noise in the hall can be disturbing. But my stay was so amazing. "We were located in an apartment about a block away from the hotel. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us, we appreciated having a kitchen, and the balcony was amazing! Great location: not far from Cinque Terre (15-20min train ride), 1min walk to the beach, and right within the town night life. The apartment is indeed located above a bar that is opened up to 3-4am with really loud music and with people hanging out (drunk and loud) in the street afterwards...
