"The property, accommodations and hosts were wonderful. We experienced a nice, peaceful, wooded, cabin retreat. A joy to stay at outside of the main center of town. Any concern we had was handled promptly. Only 1 concern, as Senior Citizens, we had to walk down several soft railroad tie steps in order to access our downstairs living quarters and the outside light was placed in a spot that we couldn't see the key lock without a flashlight at night."

"This was a great property for my family to stay at while we visited Franklin. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and we had no issues at all. It's also within a neighborhood with easy parking, so we had no noisy major streets nearby, but we were close enough to everything that no excursion felt like a pilgrimage to get there. Management was very responsive and easy to work with, and we would absolutely book here again next time we're in town."

Not receiving the entry code for the apt until 2 hrs prior to check-in left me feeling a little anxious. Also, the check-in/check-out times are oppressive, 10:00 AM & 4:00 PM, which w/a slight adjustment would be just fine. "

"I coordinated a stay at Paddle Creek Resort for a group of friends who all play pickleball together. We checked in, got settled and spent the evening playing on two reserved courts that came with the rental, which were great. We got up the next morning and played all day, including black light games. We had the best time and definitely plan to schedule another get away for us to play again! "I rented this home for myself and my adult daughter since it’s just a few miles from Franklin and we wanted to be close to all the cuteness DTF has to offer with the shops and restaurants. This home is already cozy,with a great combo of new modern furniture mixed with older antiques.But they had it all decorated with a Christmas tree and decorations in every room which made it even more special. Great quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds! It was a cold weekend, but the heat worked great so we stayed...
