"It would have been nice to have a room safe and a security chain on the door that wasn't broken."

"We have stayed at this hotel now and then for about 20 years. The staff are very nice and the hotel and inside the restaurant. The hotel is starting to need some maintenance. There was water coming out from under the bidet which made puddles of water. We stayed there twice this past week and both bidets had rust colored stains in it and the bathroom doors were in sad shape as well. Internet access was not good in either room we stayed in. Not sure we will stay there again. "

"Get the hotel room with the jacuzzi inside, and if possible one of the "05" rooms - the room has a varanda with jacuzzi, hammock and table. Fantastic price/deal."

"The hotel is a convenient stop half way between Sao Paulo and Belo Horizonte. It is clean and next to a mall to have dinner. But there were problems with the room. The TV and air conditioner did not work."

Os travesseiros duros demais de velhos tinham que trocar. Do mais area de lazer atendeu bem foram 2 noites agradaveis, é um lugar que da para desconectar. "
