The kitchen was extremely well stocked--we lacked for nothing. The house itself offered rooms for large family gatherings while also offering private spaces if someone wanted some quiet time. "PROS: The location is wonderful, set off a quiet road just outside of Stowe. Aside from some minor changes to the interior, the listing was very accurate. A cozy fire pit down by the stream was wonderful. Overall, the location was exactly what we were looking for. CONS: Did not appear to be cleaned after previous guests, or at least not fully. Damp laundry was sitting in the washer, and the linens for the main bed hadn't been cleaned. The gas fire pit was out of propane. "

"We loved staying in this cozy cabin! We had a bit of a hiccup with check in (the door code didn’t work and Vacasa was difficult to get ahold of) but once we were in, we really enjoyed our stay! The cabin was clean and comfortable. The kids loved making smores in the fire pit and our dog loved sleeping in front of the fireplace. We would definitely stay here again!"
