"Lovely chalet perfectly close to Owl's Head ski mountain. The cozy living room with woodstove and hot tub were a pleasure to come home to after a day on the slopes! There is also a great General Store at the end of the road to pick up any essentials you left behind. Communication (via text) was prompt and helpful. Looking forward to another trip - maybe in summer for some time at the lake! "

"A lovely cozy chalet at the base of Mt. Sutton. It has a very well equipped kitchen. (Better than I’ve ever seen at a cottage. ) As seen in the photos. It’s on road with many other cottages but once inside you have privacy from all the others and look out into the forest. "

"It was a lovely facility but was not what was promised. The following appliances were not working:1.hot tub (couldn't be fixed until the following weekend)2.oven3.dishwasher (fixed while we were there)4.coffee makerNot having an operational oven made the visit difficult because we had several things prepared including an apple pie for 12 people, several loaves of homemade bread, and a turkey we had planned on roasting. "We spent 3 wonderful days at Amelie and Patrick’s chalet on Lac Magog. We were in town from Calgary visiting my family in the area. We enjoyed the beautiful chalet and all the great amenities (hot tub, kayaks, pool table to name a few). The chalet is situated on a beautiful lakeside setting with fantastic views. We enjoyed the sun on the dock and the refreshing lake. The chalet was spacious and well equipped for our family. We highly recommend this chalet!"

"All 10 of us enjoyed the openess of the living/kitchen area for our friends reunion. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms good and the large deck and hit tub added to our ability to enjoy our company. Deer running by the stream were fun to watch and added to the wilderness location. "

"We had a great stay at the Noctua Chalet. The host was very responsive for the few questions we had, the property was clean and well maintained and the beds were comfy. We were close to the mountain for skiing and had everything we needed for a great week away. I would love to see it in the summer to take advantage of the upstairs patio and outdoor space more - we would happily go back. "

"Great rental in a central location for those wanting to ski any or all of Mt. Orford, Bromont, Sutton and Owls Head. Well set up for groups up to 8, with large kitchen (2 sinks, fridges, stoves ; large table with many chairs ; pantry, wine fridge, etc.) and ensuite in each bedroom. Easy access to groceries, pub, gas, highways. 2 chargers for EVs. Hot tub is another bonus. "

"Very clean and well appointed - everything one could expect and more. Lots of room, check in was very easy. Only two minor points: 1) It would be nice if the ground floor and main part of the house were connected; 2)The BbQ needs some tlc and was left in a mess by the previous occupants"
