"The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It's an older hotel so just be aware of that going in. It is conveniently right across from the airport, and the shuttle starts running at 4:30am which got us to the airport in five minutes with plenty of time to get through security for our 7:00am flight home. The food at the restaurant is good, and also very friendly staff there too. Highly recommend if you need somewhere to stay close to the airport on your way home, or if you get in late in the evening."

"This hotel is perfect on your way out of the country. They had onsite car rental return for Enterprise. There was a great pool, clean rooms and dinner and a bar. The airport shuttle was perfect."

"Excellent for people first arriving to C.R. Walk to banks, shopping mall with restaurants. Staff were accommodating to all requests. Pool is huge, lots of chairs and umbrellas. "

"Pros: Excellent option if you have a flight the following morning out of Liberia. Airport is 5 minutes away. The reception closes at 6pm but they provide excellent instructions for self check in. Rooms are big, comfortable, have a refrigerator, AC, fans, good wifi and are priced very reasonable considering the distance to airport. The restaurant on premise looks good but didn’t get to try it as we had a very early flight. Good communications from host. Easy free parking, very clise to airport, clean and comfortable bed. Cons: no elevator, we had a room in fourth floor so had to go up 4-5 flights of stairs. Wasn’t a problem for us, but depending on your physical limitations and amount of luggage it could be challenging for some. If you need a first or second floor room send them a request. There is also some road traffic noise, but quiets down by 10-11pm. I used ear plugs and not a problem. "

"Really nice moment "

"We had the entire resort for vacation for a group of 19 consisting of young adults up to people intheir mid 60s. As the planner of the trip, I was worried about accommodating everyone’s desires. I can happily report that everyone in our group had a great time at Mango y Mono! The service was so personalized and attentive, but not overbearing. Rev, Jamie, Willy, Julian and Lani were amazing, as was their support staff. They went way above and beyond for us, cooking amazing meals, pointing out wildlife, taking care of all of our needs and going as far as setting up an outing for all of us to watch one of our group play bass at a local open mic night. They felt like family members and we already miss them! Potrero is s lovely town - not overcrowded - with lots to do while not being too touristy. It’s located within a quick golf cart ride of many different beaches, all a little different. The main beach is a five minute walk from the resort but there were days we were happy to hang out at the lovely pool and chill or play pool games. The resort is well maintained in a lovely setting with carefully curated garden. I can’t say enough good things about our stay, I just want to thank everyone at Mango y Mono for making my job easier and easing my anxiety about pleasing everyone. Highly recommended!!"

"Such a great end to our two weeks in CR. Small little hotel with beautiful surroundings and the pool is awesome. We had 3 meals at the restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff was so friendly and attentive. PM was very friendly. Benefits of staying in a small hotel. Will be back 💖"

"This is a conveniently located hotel walking distance from downtown Liberia, fast food and other restaurants, and shopping. The location is a bit loud due to the nearby main highway and a weekend disco nearby, but the gardens on property are filled with many birds, foliage and flowers which provide some peacefulness. "
