There's someone at the front desk (albeit a very small one with only 1 person working at a time) and can hold luggage prior to the check-in time. The rooms were clean and it was helpful to have an in-unit washer/dryer. Laundry detergent is available upon request."

"Location is set back from the main street so a suggestion would be a site map from the subway and airport bus stop to apartment. I think for travelers new to the area a map would help. Thank you. "
