"We spent four nights here on tourism and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite nice As for the room it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast service was so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a trip. On the day of arrival a guy welcomed us with big smile on his face he was so nice and decent."

"Signage very bad. There were 2 buildings close to each other. Owned by the same hotel chain. Difficult to find the correct hotel. No information provided to help guests find the correct hotel. Difficult to find check in. Intercom voices were very helpful. Over complicated process to check in. I was sent an email with our room code but email didn’t arrive until about 1 hour after we needed it. Had to use intercom service again. Apart from the above the hotel was good value for the price. "

"I am very understanding of the fact that sometimes things might go wrong and I tend to ignore certain things that other customers may not out of understanding for the difficulties that staff face in running a property.
