"Where to start, we spent a week at this lovely, cozy, welcoming cottage. Our expectations were completely exceeded in every way. From location, to comfort and everything in between. I simply can’t say enough, the hosts are above and beyond wonderful. Hands down the absolute BEST property we have ever had the pleasure of staying. We look forward to visiting again and again! "The location was absolutely perfect. Short distance to peach orchards, Pearson Falls NC, quaint towns of Landrum, Tryon, and Saluda. Accomodations were comfortable and adequate. Sitting on the porch drinking our coffee watching chickens great. Sunsets etched the distance mountain skyline. So peaceful. We do plan to return."

"Horrible experience! The house was filthy! Towels and washcloths were old, worn and mismatched. Bedding on queen bed did not fit the bed. Bunk beds had no bunkieboards and cheap mattresses. Dishes were sparse, random and put up dirty. Outdoor hedges are overgrown and house is hardly visible from the road. Vrbo refunded our money, but weren’t able to find somewhere else for us to stay on an already stressful weekend, as we were in town for my 10 year old nephew’s funeral! We will likely never...

"I felt as though I got what I paid for. The cost was reasonable for me. I was in the area for horse Nationals with my daughter. There is a church on one side of the property and a business on the other. The business side had a compressor that went off several times a day. The entire place is outdated but again, I saw that from pictures when I booked the property. I had emailed the owner of the property about possibly getting in early and did not hear from them at all! Musty smell like...
