"Super friendly staff. Turquoise was wonderfully friendly & funny. She checked us in 45 minutes early on a super busy Friday. Check out staff was also friendly & funny; kudos to the trainee who helped. Accommodations were entirely acceptable. Room wasn't out of date but wasn't too fancy or modern. Nice 20th floor view. "The hotel was nice and clean. Some of the elevators weren’t working so getting to our room took a little longer and getting our luggage from the parking garage to the lobby wasn’t easy. The pool wS also out of commission so that was a little disappointing, otherwise everything was perfect. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great communication. The area has a lot of dining options within walking distance that are not fast food chains. If you stay here, be aware that it can be noisy. We could hear conversations people outside were having even though the windows were closed. The noise machines in the bedroom were very helpful at night. That is a really thoughtful touch that we appreciated very much. We would definitely stay here again. "
