The staff was friendly and a shout out to the young lady at the front desk Asia she went up above and beyond to welcome us . Gave us the city map and she explained to us the site we must visit and the places we could dine based on our preferences. Thank you Asia for your hospitality and support during our stay ."

"Very friendly and helpful staff, theres a bar and restaurants within the building so easy to get food and drink if you dont want to go far. Lille is very walkable, however the hotel is within 2 mins walk of a metro station too."

"I loved the proximity to the Lille Europe Train Station, metro and bus stops. Easy access to Westfield Euralile and many dining options in the town center. Took me an easy 5 minute walk to the mall and an additional 5 minute to the Center. Many restaurants, supermarkets, shops, Bureau du Change…loved the staff’s attention to the guests, and housekeeping did a great job with the room; it was spotless. Great amenities too (Rituals Products, a Nespresso machine and Kusmi Tea). Will definitely stay again! "
