"Lesson learned - Don't book a stay with a property that doesn't have a single person on-site or on-call to help. By the time we arrived our check-in email from the Guesthouse still had not arrived in our email inbox. This email is the only way in to your room, as it holds the lockbox code which holds your key. "We loved staying in Bönigen. Cindy’s place is spotless! The bathroom floors are heated which was such a nice touch. Very comfortable bed, linens and amazing views. A few cows and chickens within the entrance to the studio. Cindy was really helpful with recommendations and also dropped us off for dinner one night. She is so lovely and very hospitable- we would definitely stay here again!"
