"The property didn't disappoint, having stayed in Samoens the previous year we were happy with the location. The space is very usable, although the configuration isn't conducive to all the chalet relaxing together on sofas in the evening by the fire but we made do with the dining chairs. Prior to check in, it wasn't made clear to us that we were required to have a relatively large cash deposit available. "This was our second stay in this chalet and we had another thoroughly enjoyable week. The chalet is warm and clean and benefits from the sun streaming into the property. Le Grand Bornand is a great village with restaurants and shops and the ski area is friendly and perfect for family or leisure skiing. Would be very happy to stay again some day !"
