"Lovely building and we had a really excellent dinner - the catering team was changing so they weren't on their new menu yet so what we had was effectively a one-off. Lots of attention from the chap who was taking over the running of the kitchen. We had an automatic email from the property saying we had pre-payed but when we checked out we were told we hadn't. That caused some confusion especially as the man at checkout kept referring to our Expedia booking - I know Hotels.com is part to Expedia...
