"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Pentewan. The accommodation was very well presented and maintained, and was spotlessly clean. Thank you also for the delicious welcome scones. It's located in a lovely setting. A very short walk from Pentewan's little square, with two charming cafes (with more delicious scones!) and a village pub. And it's only a tad further to Pentewan's old quay and onward to the beach! The Eden project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan, and lots of other villages/towns...

My only slight criticism is that, in common with other buildings of this age, there is little sound insulation between the apartment and the accommodation above. "Lovely property with a hot tub in Rock. Nice and quiet, so easy to relax. Not too far from the beach/ferry to Padstow with shops and a bakery on the way down. Plenty of space in the property for a family but it was just my partner and I.The only things were that the lock box was tricky to open and it wasn't super clear which property was the correct one for this listing. Its number 2, in the corner. Not the one in front of you as you drive in. Would consider staying in the property again"

"Nice place and nice surroundings. Well positioned for the south east corner of Cornwall. It's not often you go away these days to a self catering cottage and don't get a welcome pack. Even if it's just a pint of milk. But not here. Also, free access to Wi-Fi is now pretty standard, but again not here. A couple of small things that could have made it perfect. "
