"Excellent location for visiting everywhere we had on our list! Right by a tram line but it was easy enough and close enough to walk. Staff were friendly & helpful. A convenient pick up point for the trips we had booked. A (unexpected) birthday treat was a lovely touch on my husband’s birthday. Liked option to not have room cleaned and the ‘reward’ for doing so. If we ever return to Krakow we would definitely stay here again."

"The hotel staff customer service was excellent. The room is spaceous. The only complaint is the shower getting shower can be dangerous with high difference when step out of the shower. There are no handle if someone is older or have mobility problem. The breakfast buffet was above and beyond. Good quality selection with individual order option. Great hotel. 5 star !!"

"You can’t beat this location! You walk out the door and you’re right in the heart of old town. You do have to walk a little from where your taxi drops you off, but it’s only maybe 1-2 minutes. I stayed one night in a single room, which was small but doable for a solo traveler. I came back for three nights and stayed in a larger room with a king size bed and couch, it was great! I could open the windows out to the street to let in fresh air and all the sounds of old town. The only downside was in the morning you’d sometimes hear loading trucks making deliveries. But they had ear plugs on the night stand for you. Breakfast was really good, plenty to choose from and the front desk staff were great. The photos are accurate, this is not a high end NYC style hotel, but I’d rather have this any day with the location and charm of old town. There are multiple souvenir stores out the front entrance, a coffee shop one door down, a polish restaurant out the back door, a Gelateria across the streets with pastries, a liquor store a few doors down, plenty of bars to choose from, and more than enough restaurants to choose from with a very short walk. Will definitely stay here again! "

"This a pretty hotel, very well located and convenient for shopping and dining. I gave 5 stars for the VIP access despite not receiving it completely because the staff tried their best to make me happy, room upgrade was not available but they upgraded me two levels and I only paid for one. The customer service was amazing from reception to the restaurant staff, I can't thank them enough, brilliant Hotel 👏 "
