"Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant is open until midnight. The only things I didnt like in the room we stayed in is the electric outlet, most sockets are not usable in the bathroom and the vanity. I had to use the only working outlet in the kitchen to plug the hair dryer. Plus the night is alive in this area where you can hear loud music until past midnight. If you are the night owl type. That'll be ok but if you want to go to bed early please bring your earplugs."

"The staff were friendly and always helpful although they should hire more staff. Staff should be checking rooms every other day for amenities. Breakfast was good though they should change the menu often. I don't like the flip-flops being retained. "my room was called junior executive and yet there is no small fridge and kettle. You have to call reception for a floor mat. "The air conditioner wasn’t big enough, and the room was hot. I asked for a fan, they told me very impolitely that they didn’t have one. We closed the bathroom door. It stuck shut, and wouldn’t open. 3 staff came in eventually. It took them 20 minutes to get it open. There was no coffee, no water available. The blanket supplied was infant sized and thin, no top sheet. This is the most basic room I think I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The staff were very rude. "
