"The location it was not where it supposed to be. I realy needed to stay in Nelas. In your site, the place is in Nelas. Thats the reason I booked at the first place. And even at the Google Maps it shows the place as it it in Nelas. But the fact is that it is not in the village I wanted. So I could not stay at the place. I had to move to another place with extra charge. I hope I could refund me because the information I had for the booking is not correct. Kind regards"

"The apartment is very nice, very comfortable, and larger than it appears to be from the pictures. The internet was very fast, excellent for streaming movies. The water pressure was excellent, and the hot water is supplied by an instant gas heater, so no problems with that. There is no dishwasher, but that was not a problem. The beds are comfortable. The apartment was quiet--we almost never heard our neighbors. And the LOCATION is FANTASTIC! Right on the Praça, in Old Town--it was so beautiful....

"This is by far the best property I've ever booked through Expedia. The house sits on the edge of a beautiful working farm, across an ancient Roman bridge. A lovely ten-minute walk into town, you cross another bridge that offers a spectacular view the river. The owners live nearby and are the most hospitable and generous hosts imaginable, sharing fresh produce from their farm and knowledge of the area."

"Gostamos muito da estadia em Viseu e principalmente do cuidado e da beleza do seu alojamento. Fiquei maravilhado com o capricho ma construção. Material de excelente qualidade. Com certeza foi um bom investimento seu. O único ponto negativo foi não termos conseguido alugar um carro. Ai, nossa mobilidade ficou dividida entre taxi $4 e ônibus circular $0,85.
