"Our first room was definitely not up to par compared to the other rooms. We were able to move rooms and it was a lot nicer. We booked thinking it was a brand new hotel but it was a renovated hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the customer service. Loved how the night market was right outside of the hotel. Our major downfall was the elevator was out of service so it made getting downstairs/upstairs was a struggle. "

"As a solo traveler, I felt very safe at this hotel. The hotel staff were very polite and took great care of me as a guest. The food and the views were immaculate. Additionally, the complimentary activities and the free shuttle to the night bazaar was fantastic. My charger randomly broke in the middle of the night and the hotel staff charged my phone then walked with me to a local store to purchase a new one. I loved my stay."
