"This property was dirty, run down, and had a bunch of druggies living in it. The front door was locked upon my arrival with 0 means of contacting the staff. We sat in the car for about 15 minutes before the front door was opened. The man inside was friendly . We got the key to our room. The floor was stickcy . The toilet was dirty. "The pool was not open. Disappointing for IHG. We didn’t look for a deal - we wanted a quality experience after a long day on the road. Staff was apologetic and very kind about it. Later, our son slipped exiting shower and busted his lip. Staff provided an ice pack and asked if he was ok. Hotel may need to review some non slip applications to prevent reoccurrences.
