"This property was dirty, run down, and had a bunch of druggies living in it. The front door was locked upon my arrival with 0 means of contacting the staff. We sat in the car for about 15 minutes before the front door was opened. The man inside was friendly . We got the key to our room. The floor was stickcy . The toilet was dirty.
