"Cute farmhouse that has recently been updated. It was in a good location, (it is on a very busy country road). The host was very responsive to messages and the house was very clean. The host gets 5 stars, however, there were a few things that kept me from giving an overall 5 star rating. The first is, the house says it sleeps 8-10 depending on the site. "The highlight of this property is the deck and backyard. After that the pleasant surprise of snacks and little gifts from the host. Two grills, plenty of cookware, plates and silverware. Only negative is the bedrooms with the twin beds don’t have a/c. The rest of the bedrooms were ice cold. We put a blow up mattress in the sunroom (which had its own a/c and ceiling fan) and everyone was cool to cold in the heat of July. Minutes to USA Stadium and Kroger. We will be back!"

"While it was as described the property I would not stay here again. It was not worth what I paid (highest cleaning fee I've ever paid) when I could have stayed at budget hotel down the road and got the same if not better."

"In town to visit my daughter and grandsons. Lovely house definitely unique area.Pros: private , yard and property is spacious , host communication is excellent. Cons: No closet space , no place to hang your clothes. Bugs coming through the vents through out the house. Not sure what I can say about the old head stone we found behind the shed. If you are going outside at night watch for critters and falling tree branches."

"Myself and a few coworkers/friends booked this house due the fact that not only did it have plenty of beds, but they were spread out through more rooms than any other property (No sharing rooms). The house was clean and had most of the supplies we needed to survive.The check-in/check-out was effortless and seamless.Will stay again. "
