"This gorgeous little hotel in nature was perfect for a weekend getaway to Goderich Ontario! My husband and I enjoyed our river-view room as we love nature and were able to meditate on our mini patio in the backyard of the property. The unique and cozy decorations made the boutique stay enjoyable and memorable. We really enjoyed the European-style breakfast in the adorable mini dining area in the morning. The little chocolates were also a nice treat for when we checked into our room!! We would definitely come back and stay at Samuel's again and we will for sure be recommending this hotel to all of our friends and family that go out the way!!! "

"Black’s Point Cottage is indeed a Happy Place, a serene and charming retreat. It is very clean, cozy and thoughtfully decorated, with full attention to detail. Leslie obviously wants her guests to enjoy themselves there, and they do. The beds are comfortable and all the amenities are provided. There were only two of us staying, for a brief time, so we didn’t make use of many of these, and although we were fortunate in the weather, we didn’t make much use of the outdoors and grounds. But I can imagine how pleasant it would be to be there later in the season. Leslie was wonderful to deal with throughout. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay at The Little Inn was the perfect place to reconnect. Our rooms wonderful & the bed & bedding excited our expectations. We enjoyed a fabulous dinner & breakfast was also perfect. Staff very friendly. Only negative would be that when we checked in we were not told about the “happy hour”. We found this out from a retailer in town. We did have a glass of wine on patio but it was unfortunately after 5 so we did not get the deal. We would both recommend this place to relax & reconnect with friends. We plan on returning in April 2026 "

"I’m honestly impressed with the property—it really checks all the boxes! First off, it's super hygienic and neat, which is always a top priority for me. Then, there’s the tech side of things. The table adjusts at the push of a button, and the mirror has electronic controls. Pretty cool, right? The cherry on top is the location—it’s just a few minutes' walk from the main circle, so it’s incredibly convenient. It really has everything you'd need for a comfortable stay."
