"It’s unique to sleep in a caboose in the middle of Amish farmland country! We loved the experience of being part of train history. The rooms are simple, but very clean. You have your own space, with a restaurant on the property. There are a couple cabooses that are split into 2 reservable rooms with separate entrances, but most of them you have the whole caboose to yourselves. The dinner food was excellent & staff was very friendly. It was very quiet at night as it is out in a farmland community but very close to Lancaster County attractions. Beautiful property!"

"Very nice family get-a-way. Friendly staff. Beds were comfortable. Room clean. Had a free continental breakfast, which was nice, but some microwavable breakfast sandwiches would have made a great addition! My only complaint was the temperature of the pool water. It was cold, even though it was supposed to be heated! The big room (air) heater was set on 78, which is low for pool area in November. It was not as enjoyable as it could have been because of the cold water. The children loved having a pool in November. That's why I picked this place. "
