I didn’t catch her name but she was on the desk around 17:30 on the 20th March. The pool could do with a bit of maintenance but overall a great stay with a short walk to the beach and surrounding areas in Newquay. "

The hotel is a little dated and had creaky floors however, when my mum didn’t sleep well on the 1st night, she got moved to a beautiful top floor sea view double (which she loved). We ate in the bistro on night 1 and the food was very average (and clearly had been left under a heat lamp all evening). "Lovely hotel and well located for the theater and City Centre. Mobility required since no lift but my room in the second floor was not an issue for me with my minimal luggage. "
