"The property was a pleasant surprise. Charming and spacious. Hotel quality towels, sheets and linens with nice bath products. Small issues that would’ve put the property in “excellent” category: The toilet didn’t flush well, had to take the lid off once or twice to pull the chain up, the shower pressure was limp and the bathroom door kept closing and needed to be propped open. Nitpicky - but we did like it!"

"Excellent location, 1 min from IU football stadium. Newly renovated rooms, modern clean. TV, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, toiletries. Everything I needed for the weekend. The manager/owner was very courteous and I appreciate when an owner puts money back in his property. Clearly updated the entire hotel, currently the reception area so no construction noise. I was very pleased and didn’t pay the outrageous price that other hotels charge in the exact same area because they know people will be...
