"We had a pleasant one night stay here. We enjoyed the modern kitchen which enabled us to make dinner and breakfast. My kids enjoyed the alpacas and donkeys which were on their farm in back of our apartment and the playground. We also used the laundry machine and Lena, the host, helped us with the drying of our clothes. She also provided us with some homemade butter and cheese which was delicious. "

"Our stay was an overnight during a biking tour along the Loire river. The accommodations were clean, comfortable and pleasant. The only downside was that the closest restaurants open for dinner were in Blois, 5 miles away, which was too far to bike at night. We should have figured this out before we booked this accommodation. The breakfast our host provided in the morning was delicious."

"This was the best place we stayed on our driving trip around France. The hosts were accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was great with a lot of jams made by the host. Even the dogs were very well behaved. The house was comfortable, clean, and modern. Parking was secure and we enjoyed the pool. Some of the other guests were return visitors and I understand why."

"François - host par excellence - did everthing possible to make my stay probably the best in the 10+ years I’ve been using VRBO worldwide. His very quiet, well-equipped, retro-chic apartment and patio garden, on the left bank of the Loire, two minutes from restaurants, grocery shopping, is the best for biking to nearby chateaux: Chambord, Chaumont, Cheverny and Blois, of course. You won’ be disappointed."

"A ten minute stroll along a pleasant street takes you to the bridge. Cross it and you are at the foot of the delightful town of Blois. There are two small supermarkets on the street, and lovely walks along the river so east to spend days without driving anywhere. Also many, many beautiful towns and chateaux to visit within an hour's drive. The cottage is well-equipped and very comfortable. We would not hesitate to recommend."
