When I mentioned that it was a bit cold, they provided an extra heater, which was very thoughtful. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the overall design of the hotel was impressive. "Had a lovely superior City view room. Bed was super comfy and the room was spacious, clean and cozy. City view was alright but didn’t expect a bit office block to take up 50% of the view. That’s just being picky though. "
