Cleaning practices are continued with all hard surfaces disinfected and a fogger/mister machine as used in the hospitals with antibacterial cleaners as suggested. Laundry is done with 'Hot' water. Hand sanitizer is provided for guests to use.

Wonderful Stay
Jody and Stephen's property was fantastic for my group. There is ample space in the home with multiple bedrooms accommodating a large group of guests. The space itself is gorgeous, with close access to the lake, and lots of outdoor seating. Can't say enough positive things about my experience here. Jody and Stephen were very responsive whenever I had any questions, and had very clear check-in and check-out instructions. I would strongly recommend their property.

An awesome time was had by all
This was the perfect spot for our 3 families to enjoy. Location and accommodations were terrific. There were plenty of rooms for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, plenty of gear to enjoy the water and amazing decks to enjoy meals and some relaxation time. We can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic water front property!
For a family reunion, 12 people came together at this wonderful home. We all had our own space and it never felt too crowded. Having a hottub and a few kayaks was an extra treat! The hosts were amazing and super accommodating!

Pros: The Woodward house is nice and clean and steps away from the lake. The setup was great, outdoor patio was nice and cozy. Bonus points for all the water toys they supplied for their guests which made the lake much more enjoyable. Stephen and Jody was very accommodating when we had extra people in the group. Cons: - That said, we felt that our privacy was not respected. The owners dropped by almost every day and told us that all the neighbours and local businesses keep an eye out. So for those thinking about booking here - expect to be monitored. - In addition to a cleaning fee, they expect guests to clean and dry the towels, vacuum, wash and put away all dishes and more. This felt quite excessive - it should have been cleared mentioned in the listing description that they use an at home septic system. Due to the size of our group (18) they asked the men to pee outside. - Smaller issue but good to know that they don’t provide shampoo, conditioner or body wash.

Golf Getaway Paradise
This property is a great location for a golf weekend in the Shuswap. The house has lots of rooms and a big kitchen making it perfect for groups. Being right across the street from the lake and having a hot tub was amazing. Jody and Stephen are awesome hosts and made the rental process very simple. This is the second time I've stayed here now and I would definitely recommend it!

Amazing property
The property was fantastic for our group of 14 and Cheri was great to deal with! The property is very well equipped and large enough for people to hang out and relax without being in each other’s space but if you want to gather as a group it works well for that too!

Perfect Getaway
From the time we arrived until we left Jody and Stephens place felt like home ! There was 16 of us at times and with the house being so big we never noticed ! Jody was only text away if we needed anything or had questions but honestly we were supplied with everything. I can’t really think of anything to complain about great hosts , great house , lots of fun in the water so many memories made . Thanks again !

Great big Family location
Had a great time even so there was alot of smoke. Lots of watertoys. The only thing was the very busy road in front of the house. To get to the beach you had to cross it. Not good for the little ones.

Our stay at the Blind Bay house was absolutely amazing . The house was able to accommodate us very comfortable 10 adults and 5 kids . The house was well supplied everything u wanted in a kitchen was available . Loved the leaisure toys for water and also for land . The patios were a great hit with our families . We are blessed to have nice weather therefore enjoyed the lake very much . The owners were always there if we had a question . Family Gathering
Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property it was welcoming for all the age groups. We found that there was fun water activities and equipment for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances. It has good work space and room for entertaining. The outdoor fire pit area with hot tub and the amazing rock mountainside was absolutely amazing. It has a covered deck would be suitable regardless of the weather. The games room kept kids busy:). There is a store close by . This property really was awesome !!!!! We would all go back again!

Great location with lots to do.
This was a perfect property for our family reunion. There is a lot to do in the area - we had a private tour of Larch Hills Winery, hit the driving range, and farmers/craft markets. There is an excellent grocer nearby. If you don't feel like driving anywhere, this property has every toy imaginable. We could watch the water from the veranda and decide, spur of the moment, to kayak or paddle board, etc. It took minutes to get the equipment and hit the calm waters. The house itself is gorgeous. Big bedrooms. Great views. Lots of room to spread out. But our favourite was the back yard that is against the cliff - Stunning!! with lots of room for a big group gather and dine or have a fire. Would have been a strong 5 star, but there were a few minor things needing repair. The owner, Gary, was keen to address any concerns and keep the property in tip top shape. Definitely on our "rebook" list.

What a great find for our large family group!
Our family of 16 had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property! The home was immaculately clean, had everything one would need, and had plenty of space for all of us. We also loved all the wonderful nooks and spaces to sit outside both to enjoy or hide from the sun and to enjoy views of the lake! The back patio is heaven with plenty of space for everyone. The Hot Tub was enjoyed by all! We were concerned about the road between the home and the beach especially because we had several very young children with us. We quickly discovered this was not an issue as the back area of the house is easy to keep the young from getting out on their own. The road is not overly busy to be near and we found drivers along the road very respectful! The beach is a bit heavy with rocks but to be fair the water level of the lake was unusually shallow for this time of year so there was more beach to navigate. Additionally, a number of storms will have altered the beach rock substantially. It was not a big issue since the dock was there to use. Beach toys galore and much appreciated! The hosts of this property are very personable, approachable and attentive! We are so very happy to have vacationed at this property!!!

Huge House Large Decks
Our family of 10 (adults and toddlers) enjoyed our week for fun in the sun House: - House fit our needs with plenty of space, beds (kings, queens, bunks) and bedrooms. Good beds with lots of linen supplied - House was clean - Large enough table and chairs for all of us to fit around when we chose to eat inside - Basic dry condiments supplied - Well stocked with appliances, dishes, cutlery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. (A list of appliances might be nice in the contract as we brought a crock pot and found we didn’t need to as there was one there) - 3 fridges – one on each deck along with the kitchen fridge - Supplied Highchair and Pack N Play - Lots of parking on side and in front - Wi-Fi was strong but better is some parts of the house - Large amount of towels supplied – bring your beach towels for the beach and outside - 3 full bathrooms including a bathtub in one to bath the kids - Portable air conditioners and many fans kept the house cool Decks: - We used the front lower deck during the day. Lots of patio furniture to relax on and still had lots of area for the kids to play including some green area. - When we wanted shade, we used the large back deck. The back deck had ample patio furniture which was perfect for dinners outside and close to kitchen and BBQ. Pretty cool back yard. - The hot tub just off the back deck was enjoyed each evening for a dip before bed. Water Toys: - Great assortment of water toys to use along with a selection of lifejackets. - We used the paddle boards - Water trampoline was a nice bonus Dock/Beach: - We rented a boat that we were able to keep at the dock area - Enjoyed the dock area for sitting in the sun and playing in the water - Unfortunately, we did not have a beach as the lake water level was still high this year - Highly recommend water shoes as the beach/lake is a rocky base Service Road: - Had to cross the service road to get to the water, beach and dock. Was a little busy at times. Host: - Great Host - Quick to respond to all of our questions prior to arriving and was there to meet us and show us around when we arrived - There is a suite on the lower level which the owners do stay in but were not there during our stay Amenities: - Grocery Store/Liquor Store/Gas Station nearby. Very impressed with the grocery/liquor store. Had everything we ever needed including Ice Cream! - Water Slide and Big Box stores in Salmon Arm about 30 minutes away Our family would stay again

Wonderful stay in Blind Bay
Our nursing friend group had an absolutely amazing time at Jody and Stephen’s place. The place was beautifully layed out with enough room to relax, sit around the table and sleep comfortably. The place was extremely clean with well through out details and views were stunning with gorgeous sunsets. We loved the very clean hot tub that was very relaxing and clean The kitchen was well stocked with lots of prep room and the beds were very comfortable Jody and Stephen gave us a detailed and supportive tour on arrival and were very approachable and responsive We enjoyed a lovely afternoon out kayaking and didn’t have much trouble making our way to the water We would definitely stay at this property again and would highly recommend Thanks Jody and Stephen

Blind Bay Retreat
This house was so roomy and well designed for a large group, everyone could fit at the table, cooking facilities and kitchen top notch. Sweet Summer Escape
We rented this home for 5 days in August for a family vacation. There was 12 of us in total, ranging from age 10 to 65. The home was spacious and clean, meeting all of our expectations. Often we rent homes that are missing items like extra coffee mugs, pans, etc. This home was not missing anything. In fact, it had every item we needed and more. The home owners went above and beyond. Communication was incredible. They treated us like family and we are extremely grateful for their hospitality. We will be back next year!

Lots of room for large Family/group!
Beautiful accommodations and great for a large group. Beach access was challenging for us due to young children and a legally blind adult as the steep, rocky path was slippery and challenging just walking let alone carrying any water toys across the road and back up after stay.

What an amazing vacation property
The house is set up perfectly for large groups. Everything you need or think you need is included with your rental. We could not have been happier with our time. Steve and Jody have thought of everything, from the littlest thing in the kitchen to giving you water toys to enjoy the lake. The hot tub was a huge hit after an evening on the water. All of the rooms a spacious and comfortable with great beading and pillows. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone that is looking for some great family fun and memories.

Great week!
Loved our stay! Jody and Stephen are great hosts - truly only a text away for questions or issues. The outdoor space and location are the stars of the home! We spent most of our time outside, on the dock and on the lake - no shortage of options for enjoying the outdoors! Grandkids especially enjoyed the paddle boards, water trampoline and hot tub! Felt safe and secure with our boat on the provided buoy and loved the dock for ease of loading and unloading people on the boat. We chose this home for the lakefront and outdoor space and were very pleased with our choice! Great place to spend a week with loved ones!

Fun vacation
Vacation was great! Was an easy location and close to the water. Tons of space for sleeping and sitting area which was great for the amount of people we had. The property had everything we needed and some. Owners were great to deal with.
