"View was great and good selection of food for breakfast. Great location if going to theatre. Was hoping for selection of hot chocolate option in room and for breakfast. Sound proofing could be better as could hear people coughing and talking in the room next door. Thought there would be a fridge in the room and would have better selection of TV channels"

"Our time at the Waterford was short, so we were not able to see or use all the facilities offered, and give them full review. We will be staying here again. Our only criticism is, the cocktails were very weak & not worth the money, we would recommend at trip to the near by supermarket."

"Stayed here on business and it’s a great place, good breakfast, nice bar and restaurant, lovely spa, small but adequate gym and good sized, comfortable rooms. However the best thing about this hotel, is undoubtedly the staff - I can’t speak highly enough about them. Every member of the team was truly fantastic - made for such a welcoming stay.
