"I came here with my 19 yo son and our pup, and it was exactly the quiet getaway we were looking for. A two minute walk to the beach and a short ride to Buffalo - there was enough to do while still being peaceful. The next door neighbors were also very friendly."

"This was the perfect beach house!! The layout of the home was incredible both with size and comfort! It was beautifully decorated and made us feel right at home. "I recently stayed at Glenn's home for a family get together (a chance for my 3 children to get to see their grandparents who can no longer travel). The property was fantastic. We cooked at home one evening and the kitchen was well stocked. The large dining room table in the great room was perfect for a group.The home was well furnished, all of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable, and the view of the river is incredible. We visited in late December so didn't get to use the outdoors. ...

"Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable. "
