"We loved the Riverside room. Beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. "First room was not suitable as there was no window that opened, broken cups, broken coat hooks, no trolley to unpack car, had to make 6 trips up and down unloading the car into the room. TV not working, had to move room, again no trolley, had to make 17 trips from the 14floor to the eighth as I had packed everything being promised the tv would be fixed. The night manager Karen was lovely and gave us free breakfast and 4 drink vouchers for the fridge at reception. It’s a great hotel with ideal...
