"Great experience, if there would be something less positive about it, it would probably be the noise between the rooms and sound from the main road. However, we had a lovely stay, good sleep and it was a good price. Parking might be harder to find during busy hours, but nothing more than a 5 min walk. Would stay again!"

"We had a really great 1-week stay at this property. It was immaculately clean and tidy, and I really appreciated all of the extra little touches: vintage record player, acoustic guitar, fully stocked spice cabinet in the kitchen, space heater for extra coziness, tower fan for an extra breeze, and plenty of bathroom towels. There were also a couple of nit picky things: drain in tub was broken/does not plug (so you can only take a shower), vent/fan above stove does not work, conditioner bottle was...

"We were in Burley, for a bicycle swap meet and needed a place to rest our heads for a few nights. This was more than we needed or expected, and it was a blessing. We will stay there again. "

"City Haven II was very clean and comfy. Located in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store and brought back food to cook at the rental. Felt just like home :) Although the street out front is super busy, the house is sound proof. Not only was it quiet, but the beds were extra comfortable- I slept like a baby! The host was very responsive too! We loved our stay!"

"Truly right in the middle of everything. We walked to Pioneer square, Pikes market, Climate Pledge Arena, and the space needle. Great property - good size for 3 people. Some extra rules for the building - but our greeter and the materials we received ahead helped us navigate. "

"We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. "

"I'd like to say I really enjoyed the stay. Overall, I was pleased.The rooms were clean and well maintained. And the location is near downtown which was nice.We didn't hear anything from our host during our trip.But you are in the basement, and so you will hear foot steps above you, along with the dog running around, and the TV. All are expected in a lodging.My wife did not like as much from the start. I guess I didn't tell her that this was a basement apartment, maybe I didn't read the listing...

"Great Stay for a night to catch a show at Climate Pledge. Rental was clean and had an a/c, with comfy beds. It was nice that it was a 2 bedroom and 2 bath so everyone had their own space. Overall I liked the rental and location. It fit our needs and would definitely stay again. "

"We were surprised by the size of the space--bigger than expected. Appreciated that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living space. And the basic kitchen with a full-size fridge made bringing our own food so much easier. Where the room lacked was in lighting. It was like walking around in candlelight or a dim casino. The rest of the room was equally dated--cracks in counters, dog-chewed moulding. But the bathroom was spacious and the shower was hot. I would remind those considering...
