"Bison log cabin was the perfect base for our ski holiday. Completely immersed in nature with beautiful mountain views on one side and an evergreen forest on the other. The cabin is so tastefully decorated with many added touches and amenities for comfort and relaxation. The lazy boy style chair and wood stove are a lovely combination. "We had the opportunity to stay at the new cabin tucked into the woods! It was absolutely perfect! It still has the new house smell when you walk in! The cabin is adorable with modern and cozy finishes. There are giant windows with views of the forrest and the surrounding mountains. "Beautiful home surrounded by wilderness. We loved the privacy and the views from the cabin. The river is just a few minutes walk away and offers more spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. I can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay."

"This was my second stay at Chancellor Peak. We stayed in chalet #14 which is private with an amazing view of the Peak and the surrounding nature. The chalet complex is located right at the Kootenay River. The area is very quiet and there are bears as well. A black bear came looking for food around the chalets a couple of nights. Overall a great place to stay and good value."
