"We evacuted to this hotel from hurricane Helene. They lost power when the storm hit, but the staff was excellent before, and after, the storm. The only reasons I gave it 4 stars was the shower head was in bad need of repair or replacement, and there were no emergency lights in the hallways or stairways, which seemed a bit unsafe. Overall, this is a great hotel. The staff was wonderful. There are also good dining options close by. "

"People stayed up late outside and talked loudly near my room. In early morning hours large utility trucks were left running for a long time making loud noises and waking us up too early. Floors were dirty we could not walk on them in our bare feet. Otherwise everything was okay. It was hard to find a parking space. "

"We were evacuees during Hurricane Milton and we enjoyed our stay with out dog. We had a first floor near a door for ease of pets “bathroom breaks”. Hot waffles and cereal in the morning but sadly no hard boiled eggs. "
