"Property is exactly like the pictures. We did have a thought time trying to adjust the basement shower head, but there were no glaring maintenance issues that were a deal breaker. Rental properties will always have a few hiccups here and there. The kids really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Basketball court was cool, but we ran out of time to use it. There was a decent amount of coffee stocked for us and check out process was simple and easy. The host was not demanding and communicated well...

"This house provided a nice stay for us to visit all the area sites including Mt Rushmore, Black Hills, Badlands, and Devil’s Tower. The house met our needs and we found it mostly as pictures. There were a few items that upon our arrival needed attention, but the host promptly responded. There was a decent grocery and excellent local coffee shop (Fancy Coffee) nearby. The backyard was spacious for our dogs and the kids enjoyed the games at the house. Overall, it was a comfortable stay."

After several texts, emails, messages, and a phone call, we finally called VRBO customer service to get a different house. When the property owner did call back, we explained that we needed checkin information and she hung up on us! She also hung up on VRBO when they attempted to reach out. DO NOT RENT HERE!!! She will take your money and...
