"This beautiful old ottoman hotel is beautiful. The rooms are quite basic but very clean and comfortable. The aircon was brilliant (it was very hot while we were in Safranbolu) and we had a lovely view from our room. The buffet breakfast was a fairly typical Turkish breakfast with plentiful options and we were very satisfied with it. The location is fantastic with jus a short walk to all the action. "The food and the staff are great, speaking good english. However, the rooms are small and super old that it could barely fit 2 persons. The room was a disappointment"

"Nice Hotel, however it is located in National Mountain Park and if you travel with your car they charge you entrance fee of 14 TL per day despite you are a hotel guest. Reception didnt register my spouse and he had difficulty ordering any services due to hotel was not seeing him as a guest staying in. Lots of stray cats and dogs, which hotel is not feeding and not allowing guests to feed them."

"The hotel was located in a perfect village up the mountain, the view was breathtaking! However the was no roomservice, at the end of our 3 nights stay the room was a mess. I hope they can work to improve that, otherwise the place is very comfy very nice and beautiful."
