"We stayed here for 1 night 20/4 in room 4. We received a warm welcome from the young lady on reception. The room was clean & comfortable, if a little bit dark & small. I need to sleep with the window open & so could hear the busy road. Managed to sleep OK. We also put the air conditioner on, but it didn’t seem too powerful. We didn’t have breakfast as £17.95 per person is way too much for us. We also managed to get a parking space on an adjacent road, so didn’t pay the £10 parking charge. "

Even compared to the (proper) Bailbrook hotel (which will be nicer), I would definitely say it's worth saving the money and come here. It's somewhat dated (I haven't seen a Corby trouser press before, I thought it was a myth!), but for the cash you get a nice bathroom, tea/coffee facilities and a comfy bed. "This is an absolutely stunning place to stay. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The owner was gracious and welcoming. "Best shower of our entire stay in England! Instructions for check in came very close to 3pm- so for those who plan ahead- just know the instructions WILL come, just closer to 3pm;) The place was really cute and comfy. Great kitchen for those who prefer to cook a few meals, and very comfy beds. We loved the proximity to both an M&S and other markets.
