"This hotel is NOT a smoke-free property! The Hotel Evabrunnern is terrible. It does NOT have air conditioning. Our room was on the third floor and we had to keep window open to try to keep the room livable, but people were smoking outside on the roof top. I complained, and we changed to a smaller room with courtyard access saying "usually people don't smoke there."
